Parklands invite you to gather your people and book a ‘Walk and Talk’ with one of our experienced leaders.
Naturalists Karen Retra and Sue Brunskill are available for a limited number of group engagements in November and December.
Between them, Sue and Karen have vast knowledge of nature in our region, from frogs and insects to plant identification, wildflowers, habitats and the amazing web of life in our local parklands. Their enthusiasm makes a walk in the park an exciting adventure, no matter how small a distance you travel!
Whether it be friends, neighbours, colleagues or special interest groups, Sue or Karen can tailor a walk to your needs, capacities and interests.
Groups of 6-15 people are ideal, with a minimum of 6 needed to arrange a walk. Walks take place in the regional parklands, at a site to suit your needs. Walks are usually an hour or 2 hours at most, and can be arranged for after work or on weekends.
Please send us some details using the form below, and we will be in contact to arrange a walk with your group.
