This year AW Commercial Real Estate pledged to donate a tree for every sale made, and this week came the day to get those trees into the ground.

AW Commercial staff and management enjoyed a day with Parklands rangers establishing habitat plantings in the Gateway Island bush park. 

For a local business, this arrangement makes perfect sense. Not only are they making a positive contribution to the enviable Albury-Wodonga environment that underpins our economy, they are also improving staff mental health by getting out into nature, helping to store carbon and improve biodiversity, and giving back to the community. 

Parklands have a range of sponsorship options available to local businesses, from merchandise to events. Options can include hands-on engagement with the environment as AW Commercial have done, or contributing to programs for disadvantaged local groups to benefit from working in nature.
