Parklands Albury Wodonga is pleased to publish our Annual Report for 2023/2024, highlighting the many achievements of our organisation over the past financial year. Major park infrastructure projects were completed, including 89% of our Business Plan 2021-2031 initiatives.

The installation of 12 new river ports, 40 chicane pedestrian gates, and 56 boardwalk sections means the local community can now enjoy even greater access to both the Kiewa and Murray Rivers.

Flood recovery works were completed along the High Country Rail Trail including a new footbridge over Tallangatta Creek at Bullioh.

New artworks were installed along the Murray River Red Gum Trail and along the Cudgewa Mural Trail.

The report highlights the involvement of the community and partners in various projects from restoration works such as tree planting and weed removal, to engagement and education during events held within our bush parks.

A big thank you to all who have given their time to help Parklands work towards our goals of increasing local biodiversity, tackling climate change, and involving the community in caretaking activities.

Thank you also to our Board of Directors for their leadership in putting the outcomes for community and nature at the forefront.
