The third and final race of the Riverina Endurance Trail Running Series saw 68 runners on the gruelling 30km journey across the Albury Ranges on July 31st.
The achievement for many was a new stretch in distance and difficulty given the steep climbs and descents.
The course opened the eyes of many to the ‘roads less travelled’ on the popular Nail Can Hill site.
Series organiser Brendan Murray noted quality fields and growth in participant numbers in all races. “I’m very excited by the opportunities this opens up for the sport of Trail Running in the region”.
