Over the past few weeks Ranger Tim has been inspecting nest boxes across the regional parklands with University students and undertaking maintenance.

Last week, Tim and his team discovered a very rare find, a Phascogale taking up residence in one of our nestboxes.

Video footage can be found on our Facebook page of a Squirrel Glider gliding out of one tree to another after being startled whilst Tim and the volunteers were checking nest boxes. This is definitely not something you see everyday.
