Artists Trish Cerminara, Maggih Coates and Mick Bogie immersed themselves in the ambience of the bush this week on a tour of sites intended for new interpretive signage.
Along with Parklands Rangers, the creative trio discussed location and ideas for themed banner artworks that will reflect traditional knowledge and incorporate Dhudhuroa language and stories into the signs.
Well known local artist Tamara Murray is also involved in the creative process for these new signs.
A big thanks to the North East Catchment Management Authority and the Commonwealth Bank for supporting these interpretation projects, which will enable Parklands to install new signs in the Regional Parks surrounding Albury and Wodonga.
