Offering a great opportunity to aspiring environmental stewards, Parklands rangers will guide volunteers through a range of hands-on bush restoration tasks on Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout November.
A more intrepid version of our current Parks Stewardship program, ten planned Volunteer Ranger mornings will have volunteers out on the slopes of Baranduda Range and other local wild places, finding out what’s off the beaten track, improving plant identification skills and learning new bush restoration techniques.
Parklands rangers look forward to the challenges and the camaraderie these programs bring, and welcome all willing to get out and get physical with nature.
