Parklands is currently calling for Expressions of Interest in casual staff vacancies as they become available.

A bank of diversely skilled casual staff enables our small organisation to draw on relevant skills to deliver on key environmental and park projects as opportunities arise, and in response to seasonal needs.

Casuals are offered employment contracts at $30 per hour plus superannuation as per the statutory Superannuation Guarantee Act. 

Parklands recruitment principles include merit based selection, equal opportunity and substantive equality. To ensure open access to casual employment opportunities, we have developed a simple EOI process where people can register their interest at any time. Once submitted, the EOI will be retained for 12 months. When an employment opportunity arises, all registered candidates will be considered for the position and chosen candidates will be contacted with an offer.

The process requires filling an online form using a smartphone or computer, and emailing a CV to our office.
