The seasonal Tastes of the Garden lunch series at the Bhutanese Community Farm has been extended into winter by popular demand. 

While the first event had to be relocated to the Sustainable Activity Centre due to rain, the April lunch saw 13 people enjoy fresh vegetarian curries and accompaniments made by the BCF catering team, on site in the gardens. Being able to see the garden beds, learn about the vegetables being produced direct from the gardeners and eat delicious fresh Asian food has proved a popular event.

Monthly lunch in the garden has now been scheduled for the last Friday in June, July, August and September. A cost of $8 per person helps to purchase ingredients – the great experience is free! Places are limited and all bookings are through Eventbrite.
