Work continues on transforming the creek banks of Felltimber Creek in West Wodonga.
This week the Green Army team have let the sun shine in to areas that have been choked with privet, paving the way for upcoming community planting events.
The woody weeds and ‘Trad’ (Tradescantia or wandering jew) will be replaced with native grasses, groundcovers and understorey in the coming months – plants which will restore the biodiversity and habitat for native birds and animals.
