Chairman Dennis Toohey accepts Chamber of Business Excellence in Innovation Award and Mr Bill Tilley, Member for Benambra cut the ribbon to open the Koetong trestle bridge alongside Major Gavin Cooper, Army Reserve Regiment 22 and John Shaw, Puffing Billy Railway on Sunday October 19 to a crowd of nearly 200 cyclists, railway buffs and supporters.
