Event Date: Thursday 29th June
You are invited to join us for the culmination of our Hume and Hovell Track Community Heritage project, celebrating the amazing heritage of Hume and Hovell's journey through our region.
Funded by the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage, this project has involved community members of all ages, from Woomargama to Albury, sharing stories of our local heritage. From the building of the Hume Weir to the Bush Stone Curlew conservation project, the stories offer a rare glimpse into the history and the people who have shaped the landscape that Hume and Hovell traversed in 1824.
We will walk a section of the Hume and Hovell Track near Albury and listen to a selection of digital audio stories accessible from the track as we go.
When: 10am, Thursday 29th June, 2017.
Where: Budginigi Reserve, Mitchell Rd, Table Top
